Instructions to Prepare:
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and honor the container so we may begin on time. We will use the same Zoom link every week.
- Sit in a way that supports both alertness and ease—on a cushion, chair, or supine, however your body feels most supported and awake.

Together, the intention is to experience present moment awareness and perhaps discover the veils that obscure this state of presence.
The cultivation of present moment awareness progressively leads to that state being grounded and rooted within us. Having achieved an unwavering stability in, and as, this awareness, Self can rest and experience all phenomena without dissolving into false identification.
This meditative and contemplative approach brings forth inquiries that may be formulated by the Mind but are answered by the Body as our felt, known experience.Â
This offering is donation-based and open to individuals of all levels from novice to advanced practitioners. No formal training nor prior meditation experience required.

A lifelong interest in the source of human suffering has been my personal journey. I have been a life-long meditator, starting a practice at the age of 12. My path has been as a householder engaged with the world and taking on many roles as son, brother, husband, father, physician, etc.Â
Around 2009, I encountered a period of personal difficulty to which I could find no insight or resolution. As life would have it, I was introduced that year to working in expanded states of Consciousness. In the years that followed, I had direct experiences of the content of the spiritual texts that had informed my life early on. These insights and revelations were transformative. They led me to progressively shift my life toward supporting individuals who are seeking greater clarity, understanding and freedom from the vicissitudes of life. The path that I offer points towards Self-inquiry and Self-realization.
Given the western Mind’s inclination toward rational and psychological thought, I work with both psychological as well as spiritual developmental frameworks; thus the term psycho-spiritual counseling.
